Improv Cincinnati's Mentorship Program: Level Up Your Funny in a Year!

Big news! Our third cohort of the Mentorship Program launched on Sunday, September 29th, with a crew of 8 pairs, from fresh-faced students to seasoned performers.

Erin Kessler, our Cohort lead, says, “This program is all about creating a supportive space where improvisers can stretch their creative muscles and take risks. We’re proud of the connections built here and the growth we see in each mentor and mentee.”

So, what's in store? Monthly meet-ups, a handy handbook, and a whole lotta laughter!

The goal? To help up-and-coming improvisers develop their skills and confidence and maybe even discover their inner mentor!

Erin adds, "Mentorship is a cornerstone of what we do. It’s not just about teaching improv techniques—it’s about fostering relationships that encourage exploration and personal growth. Each cohort leaves an impact that resonates far beyond the stage.”
