Thanks for being awesome!
Tarzan’s family, volcanoes & lava, Godzilla vs King Kong vs Mothra, unintentionally changing negative moments to positive ones (so inspiring), Knowing your customer - from coal to diamonds... We covered a lot yesterday 🙃. Big thanks to you all for diving in, cutting loose and making me laugh (also for teaching me new things about Cath Lab procedures 😮).
You can find pictures from the day here, and additional resources about Yes, And, Project Aristotle, and Psychological Safety below.
Would you please take four minutes and complete this survey? It would mean a lot to me.
Thanks again - and I hope we cross paths again soon!
All the best,

Yes, And
Challenge: In the next 24 hours, use the words “yes, and” in a conversation. This can be with anyone, a spouse, kids, cashier, etc. Be sure to build on what the other person is saying (no yes, and fake outs!). How does it feel to do this? How does it affect the other person?

Challenge (especially for leaders): Admit a mistake at your next team meeting. What did you learn? How can a similar slip-up be prevented in the future? Demonstrate to your team that no one is perfect, and that it’s OK to talk about mistakes. By doing so, you’re helping to foster psychological safety.
